素居酒店式公寓(浦東萬達周浦地鐵站店) (Suju Service Apartment (Shanghai International Tourism and Resorts Zone Zhoupu Wanda))

這次入住素居酒店，心情有點複雜。必須客觀説，酒店的地理位置和硬件設施真的非常出色，地鐵口擡腳就到，房間裡的投影儀和洗衣機也都很貼心。 但關於服務，確實有些差強人意。因為趕早班機很疲憊，早上10點就到店了，再三懇請前台通融一下提前入住，哪怕多付費也可以。前台説房間沒打掃好，讓我等候通知，結果一等就是足足一個小時，實在支撐不住就在大堂沙發上睡著了。最後還是直到規定的時間才順利入住。如果能對早到客人的需求有更靈活的應對方案，體驗一定會好很多。

住了三天，服務感受一般。酒店去迪士尼確實超方便，地鐵口出來就是，對於遊玩黨是巨大加分項。房間內的設施也都還算全，投影和洗衣機都很好用。 但客房服務，我需要投訴且非常不滿意。入住時被告知為了尊重私隱不提供每日主動打掃，需要時才聯繫前台。但實際住了三天，因為每天玩得很累，真的會忘記主動聯繫。導致床品和毛巾都沒有更換，垃圾也沒人倒，最後一天感覺比較不便，晚上回來什麼都沒得用導致澡也沒洗。雖然是我沒有主動要求，但可能像我這樣的懶人還是更習慣傳統的“被動服務”。如果酒店能在退房前主動詢問一次是否需要打掃，那是不是就會避免碰到這種尷尬處境，其實還是酒店偷懶了。 這僅是我個人對服務模式的感受，酒店本身硬件和位置是沒有問題的。

The bath water in the shower booth is not drained at all. I felt desperate. I had no choice but to come out to the toilet and continued to take a shower. It was a problem because there were no disposable slippers. The refrigerator and washing machine are pretty. It was nice to have a laundry room and counter on the veranda. It has a very good view and structure for a long-term stay. In the evening, you can hear the sound of the playground on the first floor and the sound of dancing music in the morning, so it can be annoying. Bedding is comfortable and the lighting is cozy. The blackout curtain has a high transmittance of light at dawn.

這裡位置絕了！下樓就是地鐵18號線周浦站。第一天拖著箱子出地鐵口，1分鐘直接到前台，真正實現了‘零步交通’不要太方便，本懶人狂喜！ 交通開掛！去前灘太古裡就20分鐘，到陸家嘴換乘一次搞定！甚至還能坐地鐵直達浦東機場（不用換乘！）酒店地下一層直通地鐵安檢口，下雨天都不用打傘～ 周邊好玩到離譜！樓下萬達從優衣庫到盒馬全配齊，還有「很久以前羊肉串」！就在萬達金街轉角，和在北京吃到的味道一模一樣！除了萬達還有一整條小吃街，逛了一圈下來人都飽了~突然理解了什麼叫做"旅行的治癒感"這地段、這便利度，誰看了不得説句“絕絕子” 真心安利給所有討厭模板化酒店的姐妹——這裡有家的溫度、五星配置、市井煙火，這才是旅行該有的樣子~

本來訂周浦萬達旁的酒店是圖逛街方便，沒想到素居給了我們超大驚喜！住了三天兩晚，徹底被圈粉～ 就在萬達廣場旁邊！走一分鐘就能喝到喜茶買到優衣庫，地鐵18號線周浦站步行5分鐘，我們去迪士尼打車20分鐘直達，周邊外賣選擇多到爆（推薦小龍蝦和本幫菜！） 我們訂的智能大床房，性價比絕了！超大空間分區超合理：睡眠區+辦公區+迷你餐枱，電動窗簾緩緩升起那刻簡直儀式感拉滿～床墊軟硬適中，羽絨被蓬鬆得像睡在雲裡！淋浴水壓超大，洗完澡發現地漏會自動閉合防反味～ 早餐我們是點的外賣到房間裡，周邊選擇真是太豐富啦！生活在這裡感覺好幸福！ 前台小哥哥提前一天發周邊攻略，連萬達哪家奶茶店少糖都好喝都知道！出去玩回來回來發現臟衣服都被整理好了。退房時落了口紅，酒店都會保留3個月並且提醒客人的，真的讓人流連忘返呀~

Room: The original room I booked quite old and the toilet in the bathroom did not flush properly. So , the staff then upgraded the room for me which was newer, cleaner, more spacious, and in better condition. The room also have a refrigerator and a washing machine, but no iron. However, in both the original room and upgraded room, the water pressure in the bathroom was quite weak, and the hot water took several minutes to warm up. This could be an issue for guests staying during the winter. Location: The property is located in a commercial building directly connected to a shopping mall, making it very convenient with plenty of dining options both inside the shopping mall and from surrounding street vendors and supermarkets. The metro station is just a few steps away from the apartment. In front of the apartment has a variety of children’s play equipment, which kids really enjoy. And Zhoupu night market is about 15-minute walk away , where you can find plenty of local street food, clothing stalls, and restaurants. However, the apartment building is mostly occupied by local Chinese residents, and there are small businesses such as nail salons and massage shops on the same floor as the daily-rental rooms. As a result, the walk to the room feels a bit less private. As well as food delivery riders can also take the elevator directly to the guest floors since many residents frequently order food delivery. The hallways and elevators are quite old. Overall: The room offers good value for money with an excellent location and easy access to food and transportation.
